Week 2

Two wins this week in the Winter League both by the Ladies. The Ladies Class 2 lost 3-0 away to Naas, the Class 3 team had another impressive win 3-0 at home to Brookfield while the Class 5 team had a good win 2-1 away to Sutton. On the men’s side the Class 4 team lost 3-0 away to Carrickmines, the Class 5 team lost 2-1 at home to Deerpark while the Class 7 team lost 3-0 away to De Vesci. 

Week 3

Another couple of wins this week in the Winter League. The Ladies Class 2 won 2-1 at home to Wicklow town, the Class 3 team lost 3-0 away to Malahide with the match a lot closer than the score line suggests losing 2 tie-breaks and one 3 setter while the Class 5 team also lost by the same score losing 2 three setters. On the men’s side the Class 4 team won 2-1 away to Castleknock and lie second in their group, the Class 5 team lost 3-0 away to Blackrock while the Class 7 team also lost 3-0 at home to Terenure.
