How to join

Annual membership is now open! - We are always happy to welcome new members. We have a very active club including Ladies and Men’s Spring & Autumn Doubles, Mixed Doubles in May and November, Captain’s day, Ireland Vs France match, Club Championship and we enter teams in all the DLTC Leagues i.e. Winter, Summer, Mixed, Floodlit and Senior.  We also have a monthly hill walk normally in the Wicklow mountains. 

If you are interested in joining please email info@glenalbyntennis.com for details of reduced rates for the rest of the year. 

After joining all you have to do is turn up and play, no need to book courts all you need is a Racquet and Tennis balls. Group Coaching sessions and Cardio Tennis are also available.

There are a number of Social Tournaments organised during the year:
  • Men's and Ladies Spring and Autumn Doubles
  • Mixed Doubles Summer and Winter
  • Captain’s Day 
  • Friendly Friday Social Tennis
  • France Vs Ireland match
If you wish to play competitively the club enters teams in all the Dublin Leagues, Winter, Summer, Mixed,  Senior (Over 35) and Floodlit. 

There are many reasons to play tennis
  • it can be played for a lifetime
  • can be played with anybody including young and old and members of the opposite sex
  • it provides a complete body workout
  • it is a social sport
  • develops your mind
